Creating a community of like-minded people who want to get fit in a comfortable, supportive, family friendly environment is the vision behind 

Sweat Fitness Tribe and Shift Fit. 

I am a mum of 3 young boys, wife of a shift working husband and to say that I'm passionate about the fitness industry would be an understatement. I've always tried to stay fit and have had a gym membership for most of my life. Although once I had kids I found it impossible to find a gym that suited my schedule of 'shift roster - busy mum life' as well as an environment that my kids were happy in. It wasn't until the birth of my second son that I found functional fitness training and started to achieve real life changing results. 

This ignited a passion to deliver fitness routines based on the concepts of functional movements, whilst building an online platform that has an all inclusive approach that allows everyone that wants to exercise at whatever time they can, without restrictions of needing a gym membership or a creche for the kids.

 

Log into the app or the website, mirror this to a TV if you would like to see a larger view and follow guided workout routines with me each step of the way - Grab the kids, turn up the music and you are set for an awesome workout which will leave your mind and body thanking you...

As busy parents, we always put ourselves last however I am making it my mission to spread the word that taking 45mins out of your day for a workout is not selfish- it is the ultimate gift of love you can give to yourself and your family... Your energy will increase, you will feel better from the inside out, your mindset will  improve and I promise you....

You will never look back! 

Leading by example is one of the best gifts we can give to our children, so why not show them what it's all about to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle which will ultimately, not just change your life for the better, but your whole Family will benefit!
